Tables
Newer clients and game servers keep part of their data in binary tables (resource/tables/*.dat in the client, ls_gamesvr\config\tables\ on the server). Tables opens them as a grid.
Sources
Section titled “Sources”- The client tables of the game folder, or of another folder.
- The game server’s tables folder (
ls_gamesvr\config\tables). - Any single
.datfile. - Optional: an ioDataMaker folder (
Config.xlsx+ExcelData) for column descriptions and enum names.
The 2014 client has no .dat tables; the 2019 and 2021 clients do.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Filter rows, choose the code page of the text columns (Korean, Traditional or Simplified Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Western).
- Add, duplicate and delete rows; undo and redo.
- Export as
.xlsxor.csv; replace the rows with an.xlsxor.csvwhose first row names the columns (an ioDataMaker sheet works too). - .dat for Client / Server writes the open table in the other side’s layout: columns are matched by name, missing ones are taken from a template.
- Save: the table is downloaded.
A table whose header version differs from what the server expects stops the game server at start. Keep the version when you edit.
